How to Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Calling Ava account and all associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Calling Ava app and go to Settings → Account.

2. Tap the ⋯ (More) menu located in the top-right corner.

3. Select Delete Profile from the menu.

4. You will be redirected to the Delete Account screen.

5. Wait 5 seconds for the confirmation progress bar to complete.

6. Once the Delete Account button becomes active, tap it to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

✓ Your caregiver profile and login credentials

✓ All elder profiles linked to your account

✓ Call history and conversation transcripts

✓ Scheduled calls and care-related data

✓ Family member access and associated permissions
